    2nd Quality. Seconds.
    However, the imperfections are very minor. A minor scuff during buffing, a fine scratch, or a light stamping of pattern in a spot.  Very high quality control standards have  caused these to be removed these from the 1st quality.  But for most foreign companies, most would be considered acceptable first quality.
    These are new - Seconds with very minor blemishes.
