Pattern is for the Seeley's mechanical doll: Lady Olympia (LMB 15), but can easily be used on a regular doll body.
PATTERN includes
: underwear, skirt, jacket, shoes, stockings, and straw hat.
BONUS:
I am including a vintage straw hat that looks very much like the one in the pattern photo. It could save you trying to make one from scratch. May fit a 9" head. This hat is: 5.5" brim to brim diameter (underside). Crown opening: 3". I know nothing about the age or manufacturer.
